Veuillez noter que nous sommes pr\u00e9sentement entrain de n\u00e9gocier la prochaine convention collective.<\/p>\n<h4>Remarques<\/h4>\n<p>Ces taux s\u2019appliquent aux postes r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce au budget de fonctionnement de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ottawa (article 32.1).<\/p>\n<p>Le taux de salaire pour les assistanats de recherche dont le financement provient de sources autres que les fonds de fonctionnement de l\u2019Universit\u00e9, telles que des subventions provenant d\u2019organismes externes, devrait \u00eatre au minimum le m\u00eame taux que celui des postes dont le financement provient du budget de fonctionnement de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 (article 30.2).<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s de premier cycle qui obtiennent un poste couvert par la convention collective du SCFP 2626 et qui ont obtenu pr\u00e9alablement un dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures (peu importe le domaine d\u2019\u00e9tudes) seront r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s selon le taux horaire des \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures (article 32.2.3).<\/p>\n<p>Pour obtenir davantage de renseignements \u00e0 propos des taux de salaire, veuillez consulter <a href=\"http:\/\/hrdocrh.uottawa.ca\/info\/fr-ca\/cupe\/concepts\/collective-agreements\/cupe\/dita\/article-32.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019article 32 de la convention collective<\/a> (veuillez noter que le site Web de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 affiche des bons taux de salaire erron\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Taux horaires de salaire 2024-2025<\/strong><\/h4>\n<table style=\"height: 288px;
