CUPE 2626 (Lifeguards) members are entitled to certain benefits included in their Collective Agreement.

Statutory holidays, annual leaves and personal emergency leaves are paid according to the rules set out in the Ontario Employment Standards.

All employees are provided with a secure locker in the workplace.

All active employees who are not on an approved leave are provided with two (2) uniforms per year, to be worn on duty. These articles remain the property of the University and must be returned upon request.

The University has the duty to provide an air-conditioned break room with a refrigerator and microwave.
