With the new Collective Agreement now ratified, the new rates of pay are now in effect. For example, the hourly rate of pay for Teaching Assistants is now $41.20 (effective from Sept. 1, 2014 until August 31, 2015). Contracts currently in effect (Fall 2014) will also be adjusted to reflect the new rates as of October 15, 2014, and the Employer expects to process retroactive payments (for all contracts since September 1, 2013) on November 28, 2014.
