The 2016 Annual General Assembly will take place on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Café Nostalgica (601 Cumberland), at 6 p.m. Registration opens at 5:30 p.m., and the first 90 members will receive a free drink ticket.

NB: Please bring a photo ID (eg: your student card). A proof of contract in the last year may also be required if you aren’t on the members’ list – if possible, please bring a copy of your last contract (either a hard copy or an electronic version). Electronic contracts are emailed to your employee email address. 

Do not miss this opportunity to get involved in your Union:

• Elect members of the Executive Board for the 2016-2017 mandate or run for paid elected positions. See the AGA Elections section for more information.

• Join the Bargaining Committee. In 2016, CUPE 2626 will be entering into bargaining with the University of Ottawa for the renewal of the Collective Agreement. You could be part of the bargaining team!

• Approve the 2016-2017 Union Budget.
