On December 10th, after a day-long bargaining session, the CUPE 2626 bargaining team convinced the Employer to accept our proposal for a fairer and more efficient grievance procedure. While this represents a considerable gain for our members, it is important to remember that other major issues (including financial matters) have yet to be discussed at the table. Rest assured that as we prepare to face the Employer on these significant questions, we remain committed to bargaining for the best possible deal for you, the members.
